Happy hump day, cupcake lovers!

Thanksgiving is next week, and Lenox Cupcakes is excited to host its first Twitter/Facebook party! We are thankful it's thanksgiving week, but even more thankful for you, our loyal cupcake lovers and supporters. You truly make our world go round, and we're glad you share our love for cupcakes!

So, in appreciation for all you do, we're having a thanksgiving Twitter/Facebook party! We want to give you an opportunity to share who/what you're thankful for, either via Twitter or Facebook, using the hash-tag #ICupcakeYou. We'll pick (randomly) a comment and a tweet to win a dozen cupcakes (for pick-up only, so you have to be in the Atlanta area).

Cupcakes are for Thanksgiving...

Hello, cupcake lovers! It's November, and we're guessing this weather is supposed to be "fall weather." In Atlanta. Right! Anyway, fall still means cute boots, scarves, and planning for thanksgiving. This year flew by so fast...phew!

As you plan your thanksgiving menu, don't forget cupcakes! What, you didn't think cupcakes had a place at the thanksgiving dinner table? Sure they do, and we have just the flavors to prove it. Check out our fall flavors that are sure to be a hit as dessert after a scrumptious meal with family and friends:

Going to someone else's home for thanksgiving and wondering what to take? Forget the wine (well, maybe not) and the boring casserole and grab some cupcakes (preferably ours, of course)!

Scary Spooky Tasty Cupcakes!

Halloween is around the corner, and every halloween party should have tasty cupcakes...because we said so! Last year, our halloween cupcakes were featured on the fabulous "Cupcakes Take The Cake" blog. It's amazing because we didn't have an actual store then. How time flies :-)!

This Halloween, we're spook-ing up our popular flavors to make your halloween perfect! We'll have our Vanilla-Vanilla and Chocolate-Vanilla cupcakes all dressed up in halloween costumes! We hope you'll come by the store for special treats too!

Brides-To-Be, Lenox Cupcakes and Crate & Barrel

Our cupcakes have been making their rounds, and their latest adventure has been at the Lenox Square Crate & Barrel with a bunch of fabulous brides-to-be! Crate & Barrel at Lenox has been hosting wedding parties for brides-to-be, and we're pleased that our cupcakes were invited too, even though they never make it our of there alive (but we're happy about that).

Crate & Barrel at Lenox allows brides-to-be to mix and mingle for two full hours, and provide music, food, drinks, and tasty treats (including our cupcakes). And, they also have an expert on site to advice these ladies on registering. The next event is this Sunday, October 24 at 9am, and we'll be there with tasty cupcakes!

We Cupcake Weekends!

Happy Tuesday!

We love weekends over here at Lenox Cupcakes, and this past weekend was no exception! We had a lot of cupcake lovers stop by, including Atlanta hair stylist Derek J, also popularly known as the hair stylist to Kim Zolciak on the Real Housewives of Atlanta! And, if you're curious to know what he ordered, he got the Vanilla-Vanilla, Coco-Nut and a bottle of Evian :-).

Our English Toffee flavor (Toffee cupcake with vanilla buttercream rolled in crunchy toffee pieces)flew off the shelves like crazy, and we literally had people coming back to see if we baked some more! We appreciate our customers and their extreme patience, and for making the English Toffee cupcake the flavor of the weekend.

Pink Cupcakes, Pink Cause!

Hello everyone!

As you know, we're now at Phipps Plaza, and we've been getting a lot of love from our neighbor stores! So, we decided to show some neighborly love while helping a great cause at the same time. Belk, our next door neighbor, is having a special guest over on Friday - Nancy Brinker, founder and CEO of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, will stop by Belk to make a special announcement and sign copies of her book.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we at Lenox Cupcakes are advocates for a cure for breast cancer (and we like to start early, too). Breast cancer affects hundreds of thousands of women each year, and too many lives are lost to the disease. So, in honor of the event at Belk, we're baking pink cupcakes! Yes! And, all proceeds from the sale will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure to help in the fight against breast cancer! So stop by our store on Friday, September 24th and purchase a pink cupcake (or two) for the cause!



The Pink Cupcake is a Madagascar Bourbon vanilla cupcake filled with pink vanilla creme and topped with our signature vanilla buttercream.

Cupcake Bar at Swoozie's Tonight

Swoozie's is back! Yes! My favorite store for personalized invitations, paperie, and all kinds of snazzy gifts, is back and I couldn't be more excited. My friends and I mourned the loss of our favorite store's location in Brookwood and more recently sent each other "Swoozie's is back!" emails to announce the fact that they were moving to a new store in Buckhead!

Now, not only is Swoozie's back, but thanks to Sharon of Sweet Sensations for the referral, Lenox Cupcakes will be setting up a Cupcake Bar at Swoozie's grand opening at Chastain Square tonight from 6-9pm. It is hard to tell you what this means to me. First of all, I love all things Swoozie's. I would be their mascot free of charge, if they asked me. Second of all, I have been admiring Sharon's work at Sweet Sensations for a while now. To get a call from her to do this is like winning the lottery. Nothing beats this. So, my friends, I am beyond excited and with more notice, I would have gladly dyed my hair pink and orange in honor of this awesome day. Alas, I've got to be all professional about it :-)
